Many people are reluctant to exercise regularly because they are not able to afford gym membership or personal trainer. Though exercise for body building or weight loss should not always be done with the help of tools. There was several simple workout without tools you can do at home, but did not reduce the benefits of making the body more fit.

1. Push - ups

this workout has a huge benefit. Push - ups Movement can help you to shape and build upper body muscles, such as biceps, triceps and strengthen the spine and shoulders. For beginners can try push - ups with hand on the wall (standing position) or a table. Make sure an empty stomach in a condition so as not to feel nauseous.

2. Squat

squat exercise is very effective to make your body fit. This workout with movements like sitting, if you do it regularly, this will be very good for body shaping and maintaining the thighs, abdomen and buttocks especially .

3. Lifting Legs

this workout movement is very good for the formation of abdominal and leg muscles. All you need is a mat to lie down, and you can exercise without the use of tools. Lift both legs as far as you can with the supine body position. Hold this position for a few minutes, and then relax. Do this several times for 10-15 minutes.

4. Up down Stairs

Sports that can be done by all these people can increase metabolism, burn calories, improve blood circulation and increase heart rate. Up and down stairs is done regularly can make the body more immune from disease joint pain and leg cramps.

5. Abs Crunches

Men who do this exercise is useful to get a six pack on the stomach. Women also do this workout to have a flat stomach. Additionally Abs crunches are very good for the spine stomach, thighs and arms. This movement is similar with sit- ups, but the back still attached to the floor so that the pressure is more focused on the abdominal area.
